Seriously.

I never feel like treating men and women as equals.
They want to eliminate the difference.
They call it ‘Gender equality’.
They fight for the equivalency of both genders.
They argue that men and women are the same,
and there should be no distinction between them.

I contradict.

I like men and women to be treated as different.
I want women to cook and men to earn.
I desire to see men pulling chairs for the ladies.
I crave to witness women doing chores at home.
I want both to do duties but different ones.
They call me an old soul. Why shouldn’t I be?

Certainly.

I believe in equal rights.
I understand learning all the traits.
I know how crucial are these in modern times.
I accept ‘Gender role reversal’ as a casual activity.
But routine demands the traditional roles.
My opinion is as strong as their goals.

It looks strange.

Strange to see men imitating women, and women becoming more like men.
We can’t spot the difference between them;
their purpose remains unclear.
Narrowing down of differences,
Has led to the world being in chaos.
The adoring chemistry is down the drain,
Question equality, should it be there?

It is Upsetting.

Upsetting to see the new world
Abnormal growth of children
Distorted adolescence,
Affinity of youth for crime.  
Violence reaching fresh heights,
One big reason is no doubt
The over-hyped equal roles
For both men and women.

What’s bothering me?

It’s concerning to witness men imitating women and women trying to be more like men. The lines between the genders are becoming increasingly blurred, and it’s hard to tell what their true intentions are. This dangerous trend of narrowing down differences has led to chaos and confusion in the world. The once adoring chemistry between sexes now seems to be non-existent. While equality is important, it should not come at the cost of losing our unique identities and characteristics.
